Develop and implement plans to manage and improve labor cost efficiency.Qualifications 5 years of retail operations or related management experience.Strong passion for retail, with a results-oriented mindset and exceptional execution.Solid analytical skills with the ability to diagnose store operations and solve problems effectively.Proven leadership and team management experience.Strong market awareness and ability to respond quickly to industry changes.Independent data analysis skills, with strong learning agility and adaptability.Willingness to work on overseas assignments.
