Overview As Country CRM Manager for Italy, you will shape and execute the CRM strategy to deepen customer engagement, boost conversion, and increase lifetime value. You’ll translate data and insights into personalized journeys across the customer lifecycle and align CRM initiatives with business priorities. Working with Marketing, Sales, Digital, Data & Analytics, and local teams, you’ll implement global CRM guidelines while adapting to local needs. This role offers hands-on campaign leadership with cross-functional impact and a clear path to measurable results in a growing, customer-centric company.

Responsabilità
- Define and drive the CRM strategy and roadmap for the Italian market
- Design and implement data-driven customer journeys and campaigns across the lifecycle




- Manage end-to-end CRM campaigns including planning, audience definition, execution and performance analysis
- Leverage data to improve segmentation, personalization and campaign effectiveness
- Monitor CRM KPIs and translate data into actionable business insights
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Digital, Data & Analytics and other stakeholders to integrate CRM with broader strategy
- Drive adoption and use of CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
- Implement global CRM guidelines and adapt to local needs
- Identify opportunities to test, optimize and scale CRM initiatives via a test-and-learn approach
- Contribute to standardization of CRM processes, measurement, and ways of working
- Manage external agencies and partners to ensure quality and timely delivery

Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field
