You will work within a team delivering high-performance, regulation-aligned renewable projects across Italy, from design and feasibility to documentation and grid access. You'll address technical optimization, due diligence and compliance, enabling successful Sole Authorization and construction milestones. This role offers impact by shaping large-scale solar developments in a market-leading portfolio. You will collaborate across functions to ensure safe, efficient project delivery and grid integration.ResponsabilitàDevelop and optimize PV system designs (module layout, sizing, electrical configuration)Perform energy yield assessments and feasibility studies, evaluate layout tradeoffsDesign internal electrical lines,
MV/HV substations, and overhead linesPrepare technical documentation for Sole Authorization, Grid Connection, Construction, and CommissioningConduct technical due diligence and support grid connection processesRequisiti fondamentaliMSc or Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or similar5 years of experience in PV and/or wind project development/executionStrong understanding of Italian grid regulations and authorization xysqume processesProficiency in PVsyst, AutoCAD, QGIS, and MS OfficeExperience with Sole Authorization processes and documentation for grid connectionFluent in Italian and English (C1)Willingness to travel across project locations in ItalyPVsystAutoCADQGISMS OfficeSole Authorization processes and grid connection documentationItalian grid regulations knowledge
