ISO 9001, BRC, AIC, RSPO), including documentation and proceduresDrive continuous improvement by analysing quality data (waste, complaints, trends) and implementing corrective and preventive actions in collaboration with productionYour ProfileDegree in Food Science & Technology or a related field5–8 years of experience in Quality roles, with exposure to both supplier management and production environmentsSolid understanding of production processesStrong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem solvingProven ability to take ownership, make decisions, and lead operationallyHands-on, proactive mindset with the ability to perform under pressureFluent in English and in German or ItalianGlobal Mindset: Working in an international environmentNature meets Design: Working in the midst of greenery in a highly modern and sustainable workplacePerfect Start: An individual "Onboarding Program" and support from your buddyFood: An in-house canteen,
