In this role you will safeguard the reliability, safety, and longevity of Nadara’s electrical infrastructure across wind, PV, and Balance of Plant assets in Italy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed reliability from inception through delivery, optimize lifecycle costs, and ensure compliance with Italian and EU codes. You’ll lead or support design, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives that boost asset performance. supervise installation and commissioning, and manage preventive/reactive maintenanceAnalyze test results, identify failures, and implement corrective actionsUtilize advanced testing tools (e.G., insulation resistance, thermography, power quality) and document findingsMaintain up-to-date documentation and support audits/regulatory inspectionsDevelop SOPs, work instructions, and reliability guidelinesPromote safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across the fleetEngage with DSOs, Terna, and ARERA to manage regulator relationshipsDrive data-informed improvements and support digital tools for predictive maintenanceMinimum 3–5 years of experience in electrical engineering or related fieldProven experience designing, xysqume implementing, and maintaining electrical systemsExperience managing electrical projects from concept to completionProfessional Engineer (PE) license desirableRelevant certifications in electrical engineering advantageousFluent in Italian and proficient in EnglishTravel willingness to sites for inspections and maintenanceAnalytical thinkingProblem solvingElectrical design software (AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP)Understanding of electrical systems and componentsKnowledge of safety standards, codes, and regulations (Italian/EU)Electrical Reliability Engineer
