The Group, a world leader in the luxury sector, operates in more than 45 countries with the PRADA, Miu Miu, Versace, Church's, Car Shoe and Luna Rossa brands, and has employees of over 100 nationalities.La preghiamo di verificare di possedere il livello di esperienza e le qualifiche adeguate leggendo la panoramica completa di questa possibilità qui sotto.Job PurposeAs Outlet Retail Merchandising Specialist, your mission will be to ensure the Merchandising budgets are delivered through management of the day-to-day activities, making decisions on trading opportunities to maximize profit and provide the business with analysis of departmental, range and product performance upon which inform business decisions can be made on product ranges.ResponsabilitiesCollaborate with the Merchandising team in developing the strategic plan for the Product category and influence cross-functional team to deliver strategic direction for the category.Develop relationships with cross functional peers across Sourcing, Design, Product Development and Planning.Create effective working relationships with Regional Merchandising team to gain product feedback and market research.Analyse daily/weekly sales reports and propose appropriate action to take.Develop and present the range plan for approval including pricing strategy, COO and competition strategy.Accountable for the sample budgets for the category, and ensure the tracking,
maintaining and ordering of the Samples are managed effectively.Conduct competitive analysis including Pricing Analysis.Partner with the Corporate Pricing team to understand price-bands across the three core currencies and report back findings to the Merchandising team.Organise and coordinate collection notes and buying guides.Coordinate and support all administration duties relating to market training for the Merchandising team.Deliver any ad hoc administration and assistant duties to ensure smooth running of the team.Knowledge And SkillsEducation in Economics (BA, BFA, BS) or equivalent; At least 3 years of proven design experience in Merchandising domainExperience in fashion trends identification and ability to translate them into a commercial collectionAbility to work in a fast paced highly productive, environment with a hands?on mentalityExperience in coordinating multiple projects and able to follow up with stakeholders identifying bottle necks and provide solutions proactivelyExcellent analytical skills and Excel proficientBe a Brand Advocator in actions, goals and strategic mindsetSelf – starter, positive, hands?on, methodological and team worker are essential attitudesFluent in English is fundamental, other languages are a plusRAL: €******-€******Joining our Company means working in a creative and international environment, with teams of people motivated by curiosity and the quest for excellence.
