/p /brpThis is an excellent opportunity for a commercially aware and technically capable Project Manager who is comfortable taking ownership of projects from planning and pre-construction through delivery, commissioning and final handover.
/p /brh3The Role /h3 /brpWorking closely with clients, design teams, contractors and specialist consultants, you'll provide day-to-day leadership and coordination across the project lifecycle.
/p /brh3Key responsibilities will include: /h3 /brul /brliManaging construction projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover /li /brliCoordinating multidisciplinary design, construction and consultant teams /li /brliManaging project programmes, key milestones and delivery schedules /li /brliMonitoring project cost, quality, risk and overall performance /li /brliSupporting procurement, tendering and contractor appointment processes /li /brliManaging client, contractor and stakeholder relationships /li /brliReviewing project progress and identifying potential risks or delays /li /brliCoordinating site activities and ensuring delivery aligns with design intent and contractual requirements /li /brliManaging variations, changes and project reporting /li /brliSupporting commissioning, snagging,



practical completion and final handover /li /brliEnsuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required technical and quality standards /li /br /ul /brh3About You /h3 /brpWe're interested in speaking with experienced Project Managers who can demonstrate: /p /brul /brliStrong experience within construction, project management or consultancy environments /li /brliExperience managing complex commercial, workplace, hospitality, residential or mixed-use projects /li /brliStrong understanding of the construction lifecycle from design through delivery /li /brliExperience coordinating consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary project teams /li /brliGood knowledge of programme, cost, risk and change management /li /brliStrong client-facing and stakeholder-management skills /li /brliAbility to operate confidently in a fast-paced international project environment /li /brliDegree qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline would be advantageous /li /brliProfessional accreditation such as PMP, RICS, CIOB or equivalent would be beneficial /li /br /ul /brh3The Opportunity /h3 /brpYou'll be joining an established multidisciplinary environment delivering high-profile projects across Milan and the wider Italian market.
