Your Key Responsibilities Include:

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of user needs.
- Map current business processes (AS-IS) and design optimized future-state processes (TO-BE) to improve operational efficiency.
- Translate business needs into practical and technically feasible solutions, ensuring alignment between business and IT teams.
- Support solution design and validation activities, assessing technical feasibility and compliance with business requirements.
- Plan, coordinate, and support testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities to ensure solution quality.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating communication and decision-making.
- Support the implementation of new systems and processes, contributing to user adoption, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Experience and Skills:
Mandatory

- Bachelor's degree completed, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience integrating Teamcenter with ERP systems (e.g., SAP), MES systems, and CAD tools (e.g., NX, SolidWorks).
- Experience with testing and validation activities, including unit testing, functional testing, and system validation.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Knowledge of BMIDE, ITK, and SOA for Teamcenter data modeling, development, and tegrations.
- Knowledge of Active Workspace (AWC) and Rich Client (RAC).
- Knowledge of PLM processes, BOM management, change management (ECR/ECO), document control, and versioning.
- Participation in Teamcenter implementation, upgrade, or migration projects.
- Working knowledge of Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience with technical documentation and version control systems such as Git.

- Hybrid on-site work environment:This position requires regular on-site presence for three (3) days per week, with core collaboration days on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
- Schedule:8:00 AM to 17:00 PM
