Requisiti fondamentaliExperience in fast-paced environments (startup, investment banking, top consulting firms or top tech companies)
Proven leadership of cross-functional teams (5+ people)
Data-driven decision making with strong business judgment
Persuasive communicator with ability to articulate value to customers/partners
Strong judgment, optimism, and accountability for mistakes
Curiosity and ability to quickly understand new topics
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and ability to handle ambiguity
Agile, proactive, respectful and inclusive leadership with proven track record
Proficiency in English and Italian; Spanish a plus
