Position Summary
Provide internal and external sales support for the EMEIA sales division.
Work closely with the sales team on their needs and come up with creative ideas to support the growth of the business. Ensure the processing of information for lead tracking and marketing databases.
Responsibilities
- Provide sales support to regional sales managers and distributors, including inquiries, pricing requests, order management, and customer communication.
- Support sales growth initiatives as a key member of the internal sales team.
- Coordinate business events, meetings, training sessions, factory visits, and trade shows.
- Support sales, marketing, public relations and business development activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, customers, and internal stakeholders.
- Provide on-site and remote support to customers and sales teams.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive your business growth.
- Maintain customer, distributor, prospect and competitor databases.
- Manage communications, including announcements, newsletters, and business updates.
- Support pipeline management, forecasting, and compliance with sales processes.
- Qualifi, manage, and track sales leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Coordinate distributor assessments, NPS follow-up actions,
and sales performance activities.
- Manage incoming requests, ensuring fast routing and follow-up through the appropriate channels.
- Resolve accounts receivable disputes in partnership with relevant stakeholders.
- Provide training and support on sales tools and processes.
- Analyze and report sales performance data to sales management.
- Keep track of product information, documentation, and sales materials.
- Support the broader priorities and projects of the Sales and Marketing team as needed.
- Manage inbound leads and sales requests, ensuring rapid qualification, allocation, and follow-up through the appropriate channels to drive conversion and customer satisfaction.
Basic Qualifications / Key Competencies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Access, Excel, Word)
- Proficiency in SAP or another ERP system
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Deep customer service skills
Travel And Work Arrangements/Requirements
Occasional trips across Europe may be necessary (factory training)

Salary Range: 30 000 - 53 250 €
