ppbSerioplast /b , a Global Leader in bRigid Plastic Packaging /b , is looking for a bSenior Injection Molding Technologist /b to join its plant in bSt. Louis, Missouri, United States /b. /ppAre you a skilled technologist ready to take on an international career opportunity? bIf you are open to relocating to the United States and looking to grow in a fast-paced, global environment, this could be the opportunity for you! /b /ppbWhat will you do? /b /pulliServe as a key point of reference for Technologists and support the Technical Manager in setting priorities, removing bottlenecks, and addressing critical issues. /liliSet up product recipes, ensuring all required regulations and PLC parameters are correctly applied. /liliPerform necessary mechanical and electronic adjustments and monitor production variables to ensure product specifications are met. /liliConduct investigations and troubleshooting to resolve quality issues. /liliTrain and support production staff in resolving minor technical problems affecting product quality. /liliCarry out electromechanical installation and setup of machines and equipment (compressors, air conditioning systems, dryers, leak testers, cameras, palletizers, etc.). /liliDevelop solutions by fabricating mechanical or other components to address production or technical issues and improve machine performance. /liliSupport the Technical Manager in continuous improvement projects and in decisions regarding machines, equipment, molds, and processes. /li /ulpbWhat are we looking for? /b /pulliExcellentknowledge of plastic Injection Molding technology,with bspecific experience ininjection molding machines of PET preforms on high-cavitation molds (required) /b.
/liliExcellentapplied knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical and/or electronic systems. /liliGood applied knowledge of measuring instruments and techniques. /liliGood applied knowledge of WCM standards. /liliSolid experience working with industry specific technologies and productive processes. /lilibFluency in English. /b /lilibAvailable to relocate to St. Louis, Missouri, United States. /b /li /ulpbWhat do we offer? /b /pullibCompensation: /b $80,000 - $110,000 gross annual salary. The job level and compensation will be determined based on objective criteria, including experience, skills, and role responsibilities.
