Primary Job Summary:
The R&D; Engineer leads the development and design of standard and special chillers with a focus on sustainability,
efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The R&D; Engineer configures and manages chiller models with performance checks in coordination with the testing department.
The role involves:
- direct responsibility for selecting appropriate components, such as compressors, heat exchangers and fans, to meet design specifications and performance requirements.
- staying up to date with industry trends, technologies and regulations to ensure that designs are cutting-edge and compliant.
- working closely with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions that exceed their expectations.
Communication & Coordination
The R&D; Engineer communicates regularly with other departments regarding technical clarifications, design modifications, and feedback from production.
