We are seeking a creative, structured, and highly skilled Learning Experience Designer (LxD) to strengthen our team.
In this role,
you will work closely with our our HR partners and Business Leaders to design meaningful, engaging and modern learning solutions, with a strong focus on leadership development. You will contribute to the design of global leadership development initiatives, working with stakeholders across different countries and cultures.
As a Learning Experience Designer (M/F/D), you will report to the Group Learning & Development Director within the Centers of Expertise of the Group HR function.
Translate leadership and business needs into coherent, engaging learning experiences in close collaboration with the Talent Management team.
Design end-to-end leadership learning programs (blended, digital, social learning, and experiential formats) for a global audience across the Group, including integration of assessment-based learning journeys (e.g. Apply adult learning principles and leadership development best practices to maximize engagement and impact and ensure alignment with mea
