Job Description
Atos is looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Coordinator to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our office while providing administrative support to the leadership team and contributing to an exceptional employee and visitor experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily office operations and maintain an efficient working environment.
- Manage office supplies, vendors, and facility-related services.
- Support the leadership team with calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Welcome visitors and oversee reception-related activities.
- Track documents, approvals, contracts, and signature processes.
- Organize meetings, internal events, and company activities.
- Serve as a key point of contact for employees, visitors, suppliers, and business partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in office management, office coordination, executive support, or a similar role.
- Previous experience in an international company is a plus.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
