pIn this role you drive the continuous improvement of maintenance across Pirelli’s global manufacturing footprint. You work within the central Continuous Improvement Team to develop standards, train teams, and support factories in implementing best practices. You’ll focus on reducing costs, increasing machine uptime, and optimizing spare parts management, while promoting a culture of improvement through the PME program. This position offers international collaboration, mobility, and a clear path to broader impact in manufacturing excellence.
