Join us, and you could be one of them. /p h3About the Role: /h3 pFor our Ferrero Office in Alba we are currently looking for a Strategic RD PMO Support to join our Strategic RD PMO team. /p h3Main Responsibilities: (TBD) /h3 ul liSupport of project management across Strategic RD functions focusing on Break Through Innovation Sugar Less Lab; /li liSupport communication and coordination related to key priorities across functions; /li liPrepare and follow up on meeting reports of regular operative meetings; /li liSupport work with Organizational Improvement to build work flow and project management tools; /li liSupport the preparation of material and presentations for Chief Strategic RD Officer; /li liWork closely work with all Strategic RD functions. /li /ul h3Who we are looking for:
/h3 h3Profile /h3 ul liMaster's Degree in Food Science or Engineering or any other related field; /li li35 years of work experience with at least 2 years of work experience within Ferrero; /li liWell connected within the Ferrero Group; /li liKnowledge and experience of Ferrero work flow and process; /li liStrong interpersonal and communication skills; /li liKnowledge of product development from the ideation to scale up; /li liScientific competency; /li liAvailability to travel; /li liPrior experience with building project management tools is considered a plus. /li /ul h3How to be successful in the role and at Ferrero: /h3 pConsumers, quality and care are at the heart of everything we do.
