About The Job
As a key member of Alfa Laval’s team, you will provide critical technical and commercial support for our Contherm® scraped surface heat exchanger product line, which serves demanding applications in food, personal care, and protein processing industries. This role ensures the successful delivery of capital equipment projects by supporting international sales teams, channel partners, and customers with product selection, design, quotations, and demonstrations. Operating in a global environment, you will collaborate with colleagues and customers across multiple time zones, providing expertise that drives sales success and reinforces Alfa Laval’s reputation as a trusted solution provider.
- Provide technical and commercial support to international Alfa Laval sales companies, channel partners and key customers where applicable
- Assist, train, and mentor sales personnel in quoting, specifying, and selling the scraped surface heat exchanger product line.
- Lead design, product selection, and quotation preparation for capital equipment projects.
- Develop, coordinate, and deliver Product & Application Sales Training and competence development initiatives
- Support customer testing and demonstration initiatives using pilot plants and rental test equipment.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure alignment across regions, considering time zones and travel requirements.
- Drive growth and profitability of the product line by delivering high‑quality technical expertise and sales support.
This position can be based at any of our offices in Europe, with an expected travel commitment of approximately 40–60 days per year, both within Europe and overseas.
