As a field-based Medical Science Liaison, you will be the scientific bridge between IQVIA, investigators, and trial sites across Italy and a broader territory. You will support site engagement, education, and patient recruitment in oncology, delivering credible scientific presentations and resolving medical barriers. You’ll work with site management and KOLs to facilitate compliant, impactful scientific exchange and capture field insights to inform program strategy. This role combines deep oncology knowledge with cross-functional collaboration to advance trial success in a fast-paced, science-led environment.Si assicuri di leggere attentamente le informazioni relative a questa possibilità prima di inviare la sua candidatura.Provide field-based medical support to oncology programs at clinical sitesDeliver credible presentations on disease areas and investigational therapies to investigators and site staffEngage with trial sites to identify and address barriers to patient recruitment and screeningCollaborate with site management and monitoring teams to support site initiation and ongoing engagementFacilitate compliant scientific exchange with healthcare professionals and KOLsCapture and report field intelligence (protocol feedback, treatment landscape, competitor activity)Represent the program at scientific meetings, advisory boards, and congressesMaintain up-to-date knowledge of disease area, assets, and clinical dataEnsure activities comply with laws, regulations, and company policiesAdvanced scientific degree: MD, PhD, PharmD (strongly preferred)Minimum 2 years’ experience as an MSL or in a scientific/medical roleOncology experience, ideally in solid tumorsFluent in Italian and English; additional fluency xysqume in Greek, Turkish, or Hebrew is a plusWillingness to travel across the assigned territoryValid driver’s licenseStrong communication and presentation skillsCollaborative mindset and cross-functional teamworkScientific credibility and balanced, evidence-based reasoningMSL experience in oncologyDeep knowledge of oncology disease area and investigational therapiesAbility to distill complex data for diverse audiencesMedical Science Liaison, Oncology
