In this role you will lead data science initiatives within a client-facing, cross-functional environment. You will own end-to-end data science projects, from data wrangling and model development to deployment, collaborating with data scientists, engineers, product managers, and stakeholders. You will manage multiple projects, coordinate teams, and serve as the primary contact for client stakeholders, driving timely delivery and high-quality outcomes. The work spans Generative AI, cloud/hybrid ML, and productionized pipelines to generate business value in insurance-related domains.Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, ML engineers, product managers, business analysts,



and stakeholders from internal teams and external clientsManage multiple projects simultaneouslyLead and coordinate the Data Scientists involved in the projectsAct as the main point of contact with client-side stakeholdersEnsure that project tasks are delivered on time and executed to a high standardOwn the full stack execution of data science projects from data wrangling, model development, presentation, measurement to deploymentWork with data engineers to produce fully productionized pipelines including data ingestion, cleaning, feature engineering and model training/predictionConduct research and analysis into reinsurance and advisory products to augment industry-standard models xysqume and develop new market offerings3-5 years as data scientistStrong Python (mandatory) and SQL codingKnowledge of Java/Scala or C++/R is a plusTensorflow and Pytorch knowledge with a focus over Computer Vision solutionsKnowledge of ML solutions architecture and Generative AI pipelinesCloud and hybrid ML implementationsUnknownclear communicationPythonSQLJava#J-18808-Ljbffr
