Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ponsacco, focused on back office operations, shipping and supply chain support. The role involves managing orders, preparing and updating documentation, and ensuring that the orders are shipped in the confirmed deadline . Extreme flexibility is required. The person in this position will coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, will be supervised by the sales director and support purchasing and logistics activities to ensure timely deliveries. Daily tasks include handling emails and phone calls, tracking shipments, resolving discrepancies,



and maintaining clear records for reporting and compliance.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in order processing, data entry, and document management for back office activities.
- Experience or knowledge in supply chain, purchasing, inventory monitoring, and basic logistics coordination.
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., Excel, Word, ERP or management systems) and comfort working with digital tools.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with clear priorities.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with suppliers, colleagues, and other internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work on-site in Ponsacco, demonstrating reliability, time management, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Previous experience back office, shipping or supply chain roles is preferred; a diploma or degree in business, economics, logistics, or related fields is an advantage.
