Supermicro is seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and maintain IT infrastructure across the staff. You will set up devices, manage user accounts, and handle service tickets to minimize downtime.
Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in desktop support, a IT-related diploma (MBO), and strong English; Dutch is a plus. Proximity to the EMEA office is beneficial. This is a full-time position based in Italy.
