You'll play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and develop tailored strategies for process digitalization. Starting with defining functional and technical requirements, you will grow your expertise and eventually manage a portfolio of clients, taking ownership of project success and budget.
The **main responsibilities** of the role are: • Elicit and thoroughly analyze client requirements. • Develop comprehensive functional and technical specifications. • Design and execute test cases. • Provide expert functional and technical support to the development team. • Cultivate and manage strong client relationships. • Deliver regular project status updates, ensuring transparency and proactive communication. The role requires possession of the following**qualifications**: • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field. • Proven analytical and design skills. • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills. • Solid understanding of relational databases. • Proficiency in Microsoft .NET. • Familiarity with the Microsoft Suite. • Fluency in English. The work location will be Milan or Turin with availability to travel to other TESISQUARE offices and Clients. **Gross Annual Salary:** apprenticeship €25k - €30k, to be evaluated based on the candidate's studies and experience plus annualy Welfare in fringe benefit plus food vouchers. | |
