THE INTERNSHIP
Tasks & what you will be learning:
- Hands‑on experience across a variety of Finance processes, including investment (CAPEX) management, tax‑related activities, account reconciliations and period‑end closing activities
- Gain practical experience in Financial Accounting & Controlling, while broadening your understanding of the wider Finance organization and its business partnering activities
- Access to our Finance Academy and professional development tools, including the language learning platform
- A chance to build strong internal networks and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics or Management Engineering
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus
- Native level of Italian and good knowledge of English
- Excellent team working, collaboration, and communication skills
- An agile and adaptable mindset, ready to take on different challenges and company needs
- A proactive attitude towards finding and proposing solutions for challenges and changes
