What You Will Enjoy Doing
You will be the key person responsible for identifying new clients and expanding our customer base, ensuring they receive exceptional support throughout their journey toward digital accessibility.
Through your strategic and consultative approach, you will listen to and understand their needs, overcome challenges, and achieve objectives, turning them into customized business opportunities.
- Tailored solutions: You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and challenges.
You will identify exactly what they require and propose innovative, customized solutions that perfectly meet their needs.
- Full sales cycle management: You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from the first contact and opportunity identification through to contract closing, while ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
Who We Are Looking For
- Proven experience: 2 to 3 years of experience as an Inside Sales Representative, BDR, SDR, or Sales Manager.
- Sales expertise: Strong commercial aptitude, with experience managing the full sales cycle, both over the phone and in face-to-face interactions, starting from lead generation.
- Language requirements: Native Dutch speaker. Fluent English, both written and spoken, is a mandatory requirement. Fluent Italian, both written and spoken, is considered a strong advantage.
- You are not afraid to make between 50 and 70 cold calls per day. You are not discouraged by hearing “no”; on the contrary, rejection motivates you, and you turn negative responses into commercial drive. You are eager to challenge yourself, conduct cold outreach, and engage new prospective clients.

- Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively and build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients.
