Area Manager - Italy

Reporting directly to the Strategic Distribution Development Manager , this role is responsible for developing the business and driving sales growth across the Italian market through the management and acquisition of B2B customers.
The position requires a strong presence in the field, with regular customer visits aimed at maintaining existing relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and strengthening Blupura's market presence.
Main Accountabilities
- Present and promote Blupura products and solutions
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure
- Negotiate commercial terms in line with company policies
- Ensure achievement of assigned sales, margin, and customer development targets
- Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to support the development of commercial strategies
- Identify growth opportunities and new business areas
- Maintain accurate and timely records of commercial activities within the company CRM system
- Use Business Intelligence tools (Power BI) to monitor sales KPIs, performance, and business development opportunities
- Travel frequently across Italy to visit existing customers and prospects
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and company-sponsored commercial initiatives
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales roles
- Previous experience in industrial sectors, durable goods, plant engineering, HoReCa, beverage equipment, or related industries is preferred
- Good knowledge of CRM systems
- Ability to use reporting and data analysis tools, such as Power BI or equivalent platforms
- Good command of the English language
- Strong results-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High willingness to travel extensively within Italy to meet existing and prospective customers
Base Salary (Gross Annual Salary): €40,000 - €45,000
Annual Performance Premio (MBO): Up to 10% of the annual base salary, linked to the achievement of agreed sales and business development targets.
Company Car: Fully expensed company car provided, available for both business and private use.
