We are looking for a PR Assistant to join our PR team in our HQ in Castelfranco Veneto for a 6-month internship.
Key Responsibilities:
For External Relations Support
- Support the PR & Corporate Communications Manager with the implementation of External and Internal relations campaigns and coordination of PR agencies in 11 countries.
- Help organize PR activities (events, press trips).
- Assist with the creation of press assets
- Support in analyse cross-market PR editorial coverage.
- Monitor industry news and competitor brands using STIGA Media Monitoring Tool.
- Create press reviews in coordination with local PR agencies.
- Undertake general administrative duties (e.G., SAP purchasing orders).
For Internal Communication Support
- Assist in the development and distribution of internal newsletters and announcements.
- Help maintain the company Intranet and internal communication channels.
- Ensure consistent messaging across internal and external communications.
- Collaborate with HR and other Departments to communicate key company updates and strategic initiatives.
- Gather and analyze employee feedback to enhance internal communication strategies.
- Support in copywriting for the company’s LinkedIn editorial plan.
- Draft and edit editorial plans, internal memos, presentations, and reports as needed.
Key Requirements:
- High proficiency in English (from B2 to C2 levels or equivalent). Other languages are a plus.
- Excellent copywriting skills in both Italian and English.
- Highly organized and deadline-driven.
- Precise and detail oriented.
- Decisive and acts fast.
- Confident with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous professional experience in an Internal Communication or PR-related positions is also considered a plus.

Reimbursement : €700 per month + free access to the company canteen
