Tennant Company in Cremona, Lombardy, is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our R&D; team.

You will translate customer requirements into concrete technical concepts and contribute to product development through hands-on design and collaboration.

You will participate in all stages of the development cycle, design components, manage BOMs, support prototype-to-production transitions, xjncmbx and work with Quality Control, Operations and Moulding to ensure manufacturability and technical accuracy.
