In this role you will design, build, and operationalize AI and ML solutions for enterprise clients, blending custom models with cloud and third-party services. You will oversee the full solution lifecycle—from assessing client needs to deploying production-ready systems with robust DevOps and MLOps pipelines. You will tailor DL, Generative AI, and LLM approaches to business problems, handling large datasets and scalable infrastructure. You will collaborate across business and technical teams to deliver measurable value and drive innovation in client environments. This is a hands-on, client-facing role that combines research, engineering, and production delivery at scale.
Responsabilità
- Formulate real-world problems into scalable AI/ML solutions
- Develop and implement ML algorithms and scalable data pipelines for training and production with DevOps/MLOps
- Customize DL and Gen AI models for diverse use cases based on business needs and infrastructure
- Engage in R&D; of new AI and HPC algorithms and simulations for client applications
- Work with large-scale datasets and data preprocessing for high-quality training inputs
- Implement and maintain efficient model storage and retrieval systems
- Justify the value of model approaches in business problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve end-to-end project goals and production integration
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Proven xjncmbx experience as a ML engineer/scientist deploying models in production at scale with monitoring, alerts, and auditing
- Experience with distributed computing, big data, HPC, and cloud-based AI/ML software deployment
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML software to a cloud environment
