In this role you drive regional sales growth for Ammeraal Beltech in North West Italy, leading a sales team and coordinating with Regional Area Managers to meet targets. You will shape sales strategies, manage key accounts, and oversee collaboration across functions to ensure service levels and profitable growth. Your work focuses on expanding OEM and end-user penetration, optimizing market opportunities, and delivering measurable revenue impact. Responsabilità
- Lead and develop a team of sales representatives to achieve targets
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies that align with company goals
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, understand needs, and offer tailored solutions
- Identify new business opportunities and drive new and existing account development
- Collaborate with the Sales Director and other Regional Area Managers to share best practices
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt approaches
- Prepare and present sales reports with data-driven insights
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain ethical sales practices
- Provide excellent customer service and promptly resolve inquiries and issues
- Support cross-functional collaboration for NPD, localization, order management and service levels
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor in Business Administration, Sales, Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role in industrial/manufacturing sectors
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growth
- Strong leadership and ability to motivate a sales team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers
- Analytical mindset with data interpretation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and xjncmbx PowerPoint
- Ability to travel regionally for client meetings and sales activities
- Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
- Experience in New Business Development, OEMs, End User penetration and achieving revenue targets
- Influential communication and strong internal collaboration skills
- Self-driven with forecasting, multi-tasking, integrity and ownership
- Experience in a global, diverse work environment and advanced CRM user capabilities
