As a Data Platform Engineer at Technogym, you design and implement modern data platforms on Google Cloud to enable advanced analytics and AI-driven insights across the organization. You will build near real-time data pipelines and robust data models that support reporting and decision-making. You collaborate with data scientists and business partners to translate needs into scalable, secure data solutions. Your work helps improve data quality, reliability, and cost efficiency at scale. This role offers the chance to shape a data foundation used across a global, health-focused tech ecosystem.
- Design and develop data pipelines for batch and near real-time processing
- Implement robust data models and architectures to support analytics and reporting
- Integrate data from multiple sources ensuring consistency, quality, and security
- Optimize performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency of data workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Science and Business stakeholders
- Support data governance, monitoring, and observability practices
- Bachelor in Computer Science
- 3–5 years of experience in data engineering and data platform development
- Strong knowledge of GCP components: BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Datastream, Airflow, Cloud Functions, API Gateway, Dataform
- Proficiency in SQL and Python

- Experience in data modeling and architectures for reporting and analytics
- Understanding of ETL/ELT processes; SAP Data Services is a plus
- Google Cloud certifications are a plus
