As a Senior Antenna RF Engineer, you design and develop RF solutions for satellite programs and R&D; efforts. You work within a multidisciplinary space team to synthesize circuits and perform electromagnetic modeling of antennas and components. You select space‐qualified technologies and manage component development plans with suppliers. You contribute to proposals, reports, and customer interfaces, shaping cutting‐edge antenna systems. This role offers impact across programs and opportunities to grow within a leading aerospace group.

Responsabilità

- Design and develop Antenna RF solutions for satellite programs and related activities
- Perform RF design of antennas including passive and active front‐ends, with feasibility and trade studies
- Model, simulate, and synthesize circuits for antennas and beam-formers
- Define technology,



manufacturing processes and procedures for space‐qualified antennas
- Manage development plans, workshops, and supplier engagements; prepare purchase orders
- Test antennas and RF subsystems/components; compile reports and program reviews
- Support proposals, technical management of projects, and customer/supplier interfaces

Requisiti fondamentali

- BSc in a relevant discipline
- excellent English (oral and written)
- experience in space projects, preferably antenna RF components design and development
- team player with methodical, autonomous xjncmbx work style; can propose innovative solutions
- strong analytical, product/results‐oriented approach
- familiarity with antennas and passive components for space applications
- extensive experience with RF design tools (Microwave Office, HFSS, CST, ADS, Microwave Wizard, TICRA Tools, GRASP, POS, Feko)
- knowledge of Matlab and/or Fortran90 or C++
- basic project management knowledge is a strong asset
