In this role you drive growth for Hologic’s breast interventional and surgery portfolio across Emilia-Romagna & Tuscany. You are the face of the company, building trusted clinician relationships and expanding market reach in hospital and surgical settings. You will develop territory plans, articulate clinical and economic value, and stay ahead of market trends to shape your sales approach. The opportunity combines hands-on field work with strategic planning to advance women’s health through innovative breast care solutions.

- Monitor local healthcare trends and competitive landscape to adapt sales strategy
- Build and deliver compelling clinical and economic value propositions to multiple buying influences
- Maintain a disciplined call cadence on high-opportunity accounts and nurture new business
- Represent Hologic in hospitals and operating rooms, supporting clinicians in real-world use
- Surgical medical device sales experience with a proven track record of territory growth
- Strong sales acumen including territory planning and customer segmentation
