In this role you drive the planning and delivery of Engineering Work Packages for space projects. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to align deliverables, schedule, cost, and risk, ensuring quality within scope. - Plan and structure Work Packages with the WP team, identifying deliverables, milestones, interdependencies, and resources
- Launch WP with network diagrams, detailed schedules, cost structure, and supplier considerations
- Execute WP to meet objectives, manage deviations, mitigate risks, and coordinate technical activities
- Monitor and control WP progress, update schedules and risk/opportunity registers, report variances
- Ensure quality and configuration item governance within the WP scope
- Lead and coordinate stakeholders (team and suppliers), participate in project reviews
- Capture lessons learned and implement improvement recommendations
- Close WP by reconciling commitments, data, costs, and outcomes
- Master in Engineering (or related field)
