YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate tasks and allocate resources within the Software R&D; team
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely execution of activities
- Track resource allocation and identify idle capacity
- Align with team leaders on task assignment and priorities
- Ensure consistency between planned activities and budget constraints
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and promote agile practices across the team
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical, or Management Engineering
- Proven previous experience as SW Scrum Master, ideally withing a tech engineering company
- Strong embedded SW backgrounds
- Strong planning and task management capabilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with agile framework; Scrum Master certification is a plus
- Very good command of English; Italian and/or German are an advantage

- Total compensation: € 52.000 - € 77.000, including 20% variable premio based on goal achievement
