About Charly
Charly is a digital agency designing and building web, brand, UX/UI, ecommerce, and product experiences for US clients. Our legal home is San Francisco, with a team mostly across Europe and part in Latin America. We're 11 people, small enough that one strong hire genuinely changes the trajectory of the company, and we take the work seriously without taking ourselves too seriously.
About the Role
We're looking for a high-performing B2B growth generalist to help the company grow. This is a hands-on, tactical role: you'll take a lot of the growth and business-development work off the founder's plate, running the experiments, campaigns, and website work that bring in the right clients. You won't just advise, you'll execute, and you'll come to us with ideas we haven't thought of. You'll work closely with the CEO, with real ownership over how we find and win business.
What You'll Do
- Run growth experiments end to end, design, launch, and analyze tests across channels and funnel stages
- Manage campaigns: cold email, LinkedIn, organic, and paid, optimizing against clear KPIs
- Own CRO across our site and client-facing work, find friction, test fixes, improve conversion
- Improve the Charly website: SEO, GEO (generative engine optimization), landing pages, and portfolio pages with real project metrics
- Write blog content and manage/oversee SEO and GEO specialists and tooling
- Oversee our Google Ads contractor, brief them, review performance, and execute the landing-page and campaign changes needed
- Set up and manage marketing infrastructure: CRM on the website, cold email systems, alerts, automation
- Run prospect research for sales: use tools to evaluate target companies' website traffic, CRO, and redesign needs, and build the best examples for outreach
- Help implement AI agents and AI tooling into how we work
- Keep dashboards current so the team can see what's working
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in B2B growth or marketing, ideally agency or creative-services
- Genuinely tactical and hands-on: you run the work yourself, campaigns, CRO, copy, not just direct it
- Great copywriting skills
- Extremely organized, able to juggle multiple projects while context-switching
- Comfortable with data: pulling it, reading it, building simple dashboards and reports
- Strong with SEO/GEO, email/outreach, analytics, and marketing automation
- Quick to learn new tools; creative and self-directed
- Exceptional written and spoken English, clear and persuasive, not corporate filler
Ideal, Not Required
- Experience marketing to US clients
- CRM and pipeline tooling experience
- Comfort implementing AI tools and agents
- Some design ability to move fast without waiting on others
