As the new system develops, you will gradually take on a larger role in workflow optimisation, automation, and digital process improvement. /ppThe ideal candidate should have strong logical and analytical thinking, good Excel skills and an interest in using technology to improve business processes. Advanced programming expertise is not required. /pp(Ref: YC47643 - Please include this when making any enquiries.) /ppbr/ppstrongMain Responsibilities /strong /pulliMaintain and configure workflows on the low-code BPM platform /liliProvide technical support to internal users and assist with system-related queries /liliIdentify opportunities to optimise workflows and improve business processes /liliSupport payment processing, expense management, and other finance administration /liliManage data imports and exports between business systems /liliSupport internal control processes including P2P, contract management,
