ppmanufacturing, produzione /p bWe are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations and contribute to the achievement of ambitious business objectives. /b pIn this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing production activities, ensuring the highest standards of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity. /p pYou will play a key role in developing people, improving processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across the plant. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead and manage daily production operations to ensure achievement of production targets and operational KPIs. /li liPlan and allocate resources effectively, including manpower, equipment, and materials. /li liMonitor production performance and implement actions to improve efficiency, productivity, quality, and service levels. /li liCollaborate closely with Supply Chain, Maintenance, Quality and HR to support business objectives. /li liDrive Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives to reduce waste and optimize processes. /li liEnsure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, Environmental, and Energy Management Systems. /li liDevelop, coach, and motivate production teams, promoting accountability, engagement, and workforce flexibility. /li liManage production risks, operational challenges,



and changing business priorities. /li /ul h3What We Are Looking For /h3 ul liDegree in Engineering or a related field. /li liMinimum 5 years of experience in Production, Manufacturing, or Operations Management. /li liProven experience leading production teams in a manufacturing environment. /li liStrong knowledge of production planning, process optimization, and operational performance management. /li liExperience with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and structured problem-solving methodologies. /li liFluent English, both written and spoken. /li liStrong leadership, decision-making, organizational, and communication skills. /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liExperience in the automotive industry. /li liExperience leading operational transformation or digital manufacturing projects. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liA key leadership role within a dynamic and international manufacturing environment. /li liThe opportunity to influence operational performance and business results. /li liA culture focused on continuous improvement, innovation, and people development. /li liSalary range: Gross annual salary range 55.000 € - 65.000 € based on skills and experience + Variable compensation /li /ul pDo you have any questions?
