In this role you collaborate with Datadog’s Adoption Services leadership to enable partner success across channels and alliances. You drive onboarding, enablement, and certification of partner technical resources, and you help align joint plans with partner teams. You serve as a trusted technical advisor, shaping how partners adopt Datadog to support cloud migration, modernization, and DevOps transformations. You work cross-functionally to prioritize feedback, improve adoption, and deliver measurable value for partners and customers.

- Solid technical grounding with hands‑on IT development and/or operations experience
- Demonstrated track record and passion for learning
- Self‑starter with strong business acumen and ability to articulate Datadog value
