Finance Specialist - FP&A; Operations

for a world-leading multinational company operating in the Oil & Gas sector.

This is a strategic opportunity to join a dynamic, large-scale industrial environment. We offer an initial 12-month contract with the possibility of direct hire by the company.

Compensation: RAL 35-36K, CCNL Metalworking Industry

Responsabilità

As an Finance Specialist - FP&A; Operations, you will be responsible for the financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis of assigned functional cost organisations. You will partner closely with business leaders to provide actionable insights, monitor cost performance, support decision-making, and help drive cost control initiatives while contributing to continuous improvement and reporting automation efforts.
As Finance Specialist - FP&A; Operations, you will be responsible for:

- Managing functional cost reporting and analysis, providing timely insights into spending trends, risks, opportunities, and financial performance;
- Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure functional cost performance and support business decision-making;
- Analysing actual results versus budget, forecast, and prior-year performance, identifying cost drivers and recommending actions to improve cost productivity and spending discipline;
- Partnering closely with functional leaders to provide financial guidance, challenge assumptions, support decision-making,



and drive planning and forecasting activities;
- Supporting monthly financial close activities and ensuring accurate financial reporting while maintaining compliance with internal controls and established processes;
- Driving process improvement, standardization, and reporting automation initiatives to enhance FP&A; efficiency and data quality.

Functie-eisen

To be successful in this role, you need to:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field from an accredited university;
- Demonstrate strong financial analytical skills, with the ability to generate insights, solve problems, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail;
- Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills;
- Possess strong interpersonal skills;
- Have the ability to communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner to different audiences;
- Demonstrate the ability to coordinate multiple priorities and manage deadlines effectively;
- Be comfortable working across functions and building collaborative relationships with business stakeholders.
