What you will do
As part of our Accounting team, you will have the opportunity to gain a 360° overview by managing an end-to-end process. You will be accountable and have the autonomy to handle your daily workload in a highly dynamic and agile work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post accounting journal entries in SAP in accordance with company procedures
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies
- Download financial data and create reports and summaries using Excel
- Prepare intercompany service forms and manage the signature process through DocuSign
- Support the preparation and circulation of SOX compliance documentation and ensure signatures are collected on time
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Assist the finance team in monthly and quarterly closing activities
- Maintain accurate and organized records of accounting documents
What you need to succeed
- Student in Economics, Finance or similar fields
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft 365
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and English, both written and spoken.
We offer an initial 6 months paid internship.
