What professionals in this area typically do:
- Providing technical advice on cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and SaaS solutions.
- Supporting sales teams during customer engagements by designing solution architectures and answering technical questions.
- Delivering product demonstrations, workshops, technical presentations, and webinars.
- Building and validating Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to demonstrate how solutions address customer needs.
- Helping customers migrate, deploy, and optimize cloud environments.
- Troubleshooting technical issues and coordinating support activities.
- Developing strong relationships with customer IT teams, architects, engineers, and decision-makers.
- Maintaining vendor certifications and staying current on emerging technologies.
- Identifying opportunities for customers to expand their use of cloud, security, infrastructure, and managed services.
- Participating in industry events, partner meetings, and technology conferences.
We would love to hear from professionals who have:
- Experience in cloud technologies, cloud architecture, or related IT environments.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, AWS, SaaS solutions, infrastructure, or cybersecurity technologies.
- Experience delivering technical presentations, product demonstrations, workshops, webinars, or Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
- Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to translate technical concepts into business value for customers and partners.
- A passion for learning new technologies and keeping up with industry trends.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Experience working with channel partners, resellers, or technology vendors is an advantage.
- A degree or educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional fluency in Italian and English.
