About the Role
The Senior e-commerce Specialist will support the Marketing Manager in managing digital campaigns and e-commerce operational activities, contributing to the acquisition of new customers, the optimization of website performance, and the planning of commercial initiatives through Email, WhatsApp, Paid Media, and Teleselling campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Performance Marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital channels in collaboration with the team.
- Monitor KPIs and analyze campaign performance.
- Plan the e-commerce promotional calendar.
- Monitor website traffic and performance through Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and other analytics tools.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, CRM, IT, and Creative teams on the execution of commercial initiatives.
- Prepare periodic reports and results analysis,
identifying growth and optimization opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and new opportunities to improve e-commerce performance.
- Analyze the customer portfolio, and plan, execute, and monitor Teleselling campaigns.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Economics, Communications, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of previous experience in a similar role.
- Interest in digital marketing and the e-commerce world.
- Good knowledge of Excel for analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Knowledge of key SEO best practices.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (preferably Magento).
- Team-oriented attitude and results orientation.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language.
