Telus health and much more..- Expense refund- Housing provided- 6 months of InternshipWhat You Will Really DoYou won’t just support — you will be part of the HR team.Employee Engagement- Contribute to designing and delivering employee engagement & well being initiatives- Support internal events, communication, and team-building activities- Help give a voice to our people, gathering feedback and enhancing workplace experience- To provide a courteous and professional service at all times.- To project at all times a positive and motivated attitude and a calm demeanour.Recruitment & Employer Branding- Be involved in the full recruitment cycle (job posting, screening, interviews)- Collaborate with international schools and universities- Support the development of our employer brand and talent attraction strategyOnboarding & Training- Help create an outstanding onboarding experience for new joiners- Support the organization of training programs and development initiatives- Gain insight into how we grow and develop talentHR Operations & Projects- Support HR daily activities across all functions- Participate in real HR projects (process improvement, digital tools, initiatives)- Work closely with department heads and leadership team
