As Senior Influencer Executive for Italy, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the way our brand connects with an influential and growing fitness community. You’ll work alongside a passionate, high‑performing marketing team and play a pivotal role in scaling our influencer strategy in one of our fastest‑growing markets. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liOwn and drive the day‑to‑day operations of the Italian influencer programme, ensuring consistent growth and performance, while maintaining strong working relationships with creators and talent agents in the region. /li liSupport the Senior Influencer Manager – EU in shaping and executing the Italian influencer strategy, aligning with overall EU and global objectives for the Myprotein brand. /li liDeliver detailed performance reporting on a weekly, bi‑weekly and monthly basis, analysing key KPIs including engagement, reach, conversions and ROI, and presenting insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders. /li liManage programme maintenance,
ensuring influencer tracking links, discount codes and promotional offers are accurate, live and performing optimally across all communications. /li liActively source and recruit new Italian influencer talent, with a focus on brand alignment, commercial potential and cultural fit, from micro creators to emerging macro talent, to support customer acquisition and brand awareness. /li liCollaborate cross‑functionally with key stakeholders including content, brand, commercial, paid media and product marketing teams to plan, brief and execute integrated influencer campaigns tailored to the Italian market. /li liOwn the full campaign process for Italian influencer activations – from planning and briefing, to execution, approvals, content collection, analysis and learnings. /li liEnsure influencer content is on‑brand, high quality and aligned with current Italian social media trends, fitness culture and seasonal campaigns, maintaining relevance and authenticity. /li liLead on Italian influencer payments and budget tracking, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and monthly purchase order (PO) processes are completed in line with internal finance procedures. /li liEncourage collaboration across influencer tiers, nurturing an engaged community through creative activations, collaborative content opportunities and connections with wider marketing channels (e.g., events, social, CRM).
/li liSupport brand‑led events, campaigns and content creation, ensuring Italian influencer presence and involvement is maximised to generate impact and reach. /li liStay ahead of industry trends in Italy, identifying emerging platforms, content formats and creator trends to future‑proof Myprotein’s influencer approach and maintain brand relevance. /li /ul h3We’re Looking For /h3 ul liNative level Italian language skills, both written and spoken. /li liBusiness level English language skills, both written and spoken. /li liDegree qualified (preferred). /li li2+ years’ experience in influencer marketing. /li liA genuine interest in health, wellbeing, fitness and an ambition to be at the forefront of Italian influencer marketing. /li liAn understanding of how influencers can play a key role in building brand awareness, affinity, content creation and driving commercial value for brands. /li liDeep knowledge of current and emerging Italian social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok etc. /li liOutstanding communication, negotiation and organisational skills. /li liA proactive self‑starter with a problem‑solving attitude and the ability to meet deadlines. /li liKnowledge of the Italian fitness industry and social media trends. /li /ul h3Disability Confidence Diversity /h3 pTHG is proud to be a Disability Confident Committed employer.
