In this role you lead cybersecurity strategy and delivery for clients, shaping robust security architectures and roadmaps within large IT transformation programs. You work with cross-functional teams to ensure secure designs and successful implementations, driving certifications like ISO27001. You’ll mentor teams, manage complex projects, and engage vendors to strengthen client security postures. - Drive end-to-end security solutions from conceptual design to implementation
- Manage complex cybersecurity projects with strict timelines and budgets




- Provide expert security advisory during IT transformation programs and support certifications such as ISO27001
- Develop innovative cybersecurity solutions using AI, blockchain, and cloud computing
- Mentor and develop team members; oversee recruitment and culture of excellence
- Select and manage security vendors and solution providers to enhance client offerings
- 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in IT security consulting or similar roles
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO/IEC 27000, SABSA)
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or ISO27001 xysqume preferred
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management across interdisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication skills in Italian and English
- Willingness to travel extensively; comfortable in global contexts
