Legga tutte le informazioni associate e invii la sua candidatura.-Plan, execute, and support internal hardware validation and verification activities throughout the product development lifecycle-Participate in the electronics design phase, contributing to testability and validation strategies-Define and execute hardware test plans, procedures, and setups-Perform functional, electrical, thermal, and environmental tests-Support hardware bring-up, debugging, and root-cause analysis-Analyze test results and provide structured feedback to the design team-Coordinate and support external laboratory tests, including EMC, environmental, and regulatory testing-Act as technical interface with external laboratories and review test plans and reports-Support certification, homologation, and compliance activities-Work closely with hardware, mechanical, optical, and software engineering teams-Contribute to DFMEA, validation strategies, and design reviews-Prepare test specifications, reports,
and validation summaries-Support automotive development and quality standardsREQUIRED CAPABILITIES-Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field-Experience in hardware testing or validation within automotive or industrial electronics-Experience in automotive electronics testing-Knowledge of LED drivers, power electronics, and mixed-signal circuits-Proficiency with laboratory instrumentation and schematic interpretation-Strong analytical mindset and structured problem-solving skills-Hands-on and proactive attitude with strong attention to detail-Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary xysqume teams-Clear technical communication skills and passion for electronics and automotive technology-Good communication skills in Italian and EnglishLanguages: Italian and EnglishWHAT WE OFFER-Permanent employment-A collaborative team of highly motivated and qualified colleagues-Flexible working hours to support work-life balance-Individual development and career growth opportunities-A company committed to responsibility and sustainability-Competitive salary with performance-based incentives
