Join us and help run what runs the world. /ppThis position reports to:RD Team Lead /ppThe work model for the role is: #Li-Hybrid /ppThis role is contributing to the Electrification/Smart Building/ Protection devices in Vittuone (Milan) /ppYou will be part of the RD People Protection, responsible for several electro-mechanical low voltage devices (socket, fuseholder, …) and for low voltage protection devices and components (RCCB, RCBO, MCB, AFDD, motor reclosing, …).You will be part of Product Care unit, managing the maintenance and the improvement/optimization of products in production (mainly in our factory in Santa Palomba -Rome, but not only), inside a global and international environment. /ph3Your role and responsibilities /h3ulliCreate, maintain, and manage product structures, Bills of Materials (BOMs), codifications, and related engineering data. /liliCreate, maintain, and update technical product documentation in accordance with internal standards and applicable regulatory requirements. /liliEnsure the consistency, traceability, completeness, and quality of released documentation throughout the product lifecycle. /liliSupport product launches, engineering changes, and product maintenance activities through timely documentation updates. /liliEnsure alignment and consistency between engineering documentation and enterprise systems. /liliManage product information and documentation within SAP and Windchill. /liliSupport engineering change management workflows and product release processes. /liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve product data discrepancies and improve data quality. /liliContribute to the standardization and optimization of product data and documentation processes. /liliIdentify and implement opportunities for process simplification,



digitalization, and automation, with particular focus on data quality, repetitive activities, and reporting. /liliActively evaluate and apply AI-enabled tools and automation solutions to technical documentation, product data management, data validation, and process improvement activities. /liliProgressively assume ownership of assigned processes and become a key reference point for related activities. /li /ulh3Qualifications for the role /h3ulliKnowledge of 2D/3D CAD /liliNice to have: cad software Catia V5 and Creo 8.0 /liliYou are at ease communicating in Italian and English /liliKnowledge of SAP or equivalent ERP systems. /liliKnowledge of Windchill or equivalent PLM/PDM platforms. /liliUnderstanding of Bills of Materials, product structures, codification, and product configuration principles. /liliFamiliarity with technical documentation processes and document control. /liliUnderstanding of engineering change management processes. /liliPractical interest in applying AI-based solutions and automation to improve data quality, accelerate documentation activities, reduce repetitive work, and strengthen process efficiency. /liliAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, PivotTables, Power Query, data validation, structured datasets, and analytical reporting. /liliAbility to create or maintain Excel macros and VBA-based automations is considered a strong advantage. /liliKnowledge of Microsoft Power BI for data modelling, dashboard creation, KPI monitoring, and visualization of product data and process performance.
