In this role you drive end-to-end supply chain improvement initiatives within the Corporate Supply Chain Team, supporting the global roadmap and governance. You partner across functions to optimize performance, budgeting, and project delivery while advancing S&OP, data analytics, and digital tool adoption. You enable sustainable efficiencies and risk mitigation, acting as a business partner to protect and grow the supply chain. and liaising with Finance for governanceAct as reference for project management and governance in both supply chain and cross-functional projectsAdvance S&OP and Demand Planning excellence by standardizing processes, tools, and agendasDrive operational improvements in manufacturing, reducing lead times and improving visibilityLead digital tools rollout and act as change agent for new supply chain tools7+ years in complex supply chains, consulting or related areasStrong analytical and problem solving skillsAbility to work independently and in teamsEffective communication xysqume and stakeholder engagement across roles and levelsProven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesPharma experience is advantageousAnalytical thinkingCross-functional collaborationMS Office (Excel: nested formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP; PowerPoint for executive storytelling)SAP IBP and/or other supply chain toolsForecasting tools (knowledge is a plus)Supply Chain Operational Excellence Lead
