In this role you will lead construction planning and execution for a defined LNG facility area, coordinating multiple contractors and on-site teams to meet schedule and budget. You’ll influence safety culture, project execution, and HSSE outcomes while partnering with cross-functional groups to deliver high-impact projects. Your leadership will shape how construction activities integrate with design and planning, across multiple sites and phases. and verify contractor progress against contract commitmentsCoordinate with stakeholders to ensure availability of labor, equipment, and materialsMonitor cost, schedule, and productivity; communicate deviations and corrective actionsPromote a constructive MDR-compliant culture and ensure timely training and policy enforcementBachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent on-the-job experience15–20 years of experience in industrial construction projects with knowledge of Construction PlanningExperience on construction sites with detailed work planning processesKnowledge of xysqume AWP project management methodology and lifecycle phasesStrong communication and presentation skillsAdvanced MS Office skills (Excel and Access)Experience in implementing MDR procedures and standardsLeadership experience and ability to influence othersStrong understanding of construction sequencing and techniquesEnergetic and integrity-driven professionalKnowledge of WorkFace Planning structures and contract requirementsConstruction PlanningAWP project managementMDR procedures and standards#J-18808-Ljbffr
