In this role you lead the development and continuous improvement of the Technology Integrated Management System across Hitachi Energy’s High Voltage Technology organization. You work with R&D Quality Managers, R&D, and Global Product Support to ensure quality processes meet standards and regulatory requirements. You will support audits, strengthen governance, and use data-driven insights to drive improvements. Legga tutte le informazioni su questa posizione qui sotto, poi prema il pulsante per candidarsi.Lead the development, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Technology Integrated Management System (IMS) aligned with business requirements, standards, and regulationsStandardize IMS processes, policies, and procedures across R&D, GPS, and Technology Centers to ensure consistent adoption and governanceCoordinate and support internal and external audits; analyze findings and drive corrective actions for non-conformitiesMonitor R&D and GPS process performance using metrics, data analysis, and statistical methods to identify trends, deviations, risks, and improvement opportunitiesIntegrate customer feedback, lessons learned, NCR,
and quality data into the IMS to strengthen processes and support continuous improvementProvide guidance and training to R&D Quality Managers and relevant teams, promoting quality awareness and accountability of IMS requirementsEngineering degree with strong experience in IMS, Quality Management Systems, or quality governance in complex industrial/tech environmentsSolid knowledge of ISO certification, auditing practices, applicable regulations and standards, and change management for quality systemsExperience conducting or supporting internal/external audits and managing non-conformities; Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor certification is highly valuableExperience in process performance management, analytics, continuous improvement, xysqume and standardization of cross-functional business processesKnowledge of R&D and product development quality processes (Gate Models, APQP, NPI, or Global Product Support environments)Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in an international setting; Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and project management knowledge are valuablestrong communicationcross-functional collaborationISO certification and auditingIntegrated Management System governanceprocess performance analyticsTechnology Quality Management Methods (TQMM) Leader pavia, lombardia, it#J-18808-Ljbffr
